New Shoes!

Is it the time of year? Are many of us suffering from SAD and just need a pick-me-up? Two of the blogs I love to follow have just treated themselves to new shoes. Nothing strange there I hear you cry. But just look at these...
The green shoes are worn by Julie at Little Cotton Rabbits and the red ones belong to Lucy at Attic 24.
So what's going on here?
No mention of shopping together but this surely can't be a coincidence can it?
And is it catching? Am I going to find myself drawn to shoe shops whilst out today? Mmmmm, I had a white pair of Kickers something like this when I was 15, 20 years ago (that's depressing), but I wish I kept them, just for nostalgia purposes really.
What wonderful footwear did you have 20 years ago?

    I love both colours but came home empty handed today. Taking my husband on the shopping trip was a bad idea! X
